We are pleased to share our Friends and Family Test (FFT) results for March, based on patient responses.
The majority of patients rated their experience as “Very good” (79.7%), with a further 16.3% rating it as “Good.” This means over 96% of patients had a positive experience with our service.
We value all feedback, including the small number of neutral or negative responses, as it helps us identify areas for improvement and continue to enhance the care we provide.
