GP Triage System Update
Our online GP Triage service will be updated to a new and improved version between 5:30pm on Thursday 16 July and 8:30am on Friday 17 July 2026.
During this time, there may be short periods while the updated version becomes available to everyone. If you experience any difficulty accessing the GP Triage service, please try again a little later.
The updated system will continue to offer the same familiar online pathways, with several improvements, including:
- A clearer, faster and more accessible design
- Improved appointment-booking confirmation
- Easier symptom searching and date-of-birth entry
- A back button to allow patients to change previous answers
- A clearer selection of available appointments
- Improved messages confirming whether an appointment has been booked or the request has been passed to the practice team
You will continue to use GP Triage to contact the practice for:
- Appointment requests
- Prescription and medication queries
- Sick (fit) notes
- Test result queries
- Other medical and GP-related requests
