New Patient Registration

register_now_pink_signNew patients from whatever background young or more senior are  most welcome to register with our practice. Proof of entitlement to NHS care is however required &  the completion of basic paperwork. New patients on regular medication are recommended to see either one of the doctors or nurse Kim prior to needing a repeat supply of meds.

Under the new GP contract all patients are registered with the practice and not assigned to an individual doctor’s list. Our patients remain free to see whichever doctor they prefer.

For any episode of illness however we would ask you to always try to see the same clinician, if possible. Our clinical team work closely together & difficult cases are regularly discussed

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration.  Please contact reception for further information.
